Hi, i am not sure if folks saw the show or not but Laurence O'Donnell show on 6-21-11 was exposing bachmann and her government pork pricing fix. trying to find a link to the show. He made some damn good points . I know folks do not like him nor do i really but if it takes him to expose bachmann so be it!! I thought it nailed bachmann for who she is a fake tea partier!!

I wouldn't call her a dirtbag. I think she is an opportunist in terms of phrasing things in a much more fiscally conservative absolute morality way the tea party likes and Ron Paul historically votes (she voted for Ryan's budget which would RAISE the deficit next year and for some time, and also voted for the budget deals, interim, and this is even with fiscal conservatism back in vogue.) And her votes supporting the Patriot Act and policestate monitoring of innocent Americans without due cause is to me absolutely unacceptable. I also disagree with her blanket support of middle east wars. But there are people who disagree with us on those things who aren't dirtbags, and whether TARP was just too big, or whatever, she was always working with Ron on the meetings he led behind closed doors on Capital Hill to stop the bailouts.

What she is, in some ways, is more the junior person in a corporation who is mentored along by a more senior executive, plugged into the right people, and taught the basics of policy enough to engage people who know less, who then presents that senior executive's idea at a board meeting in order to become the 'young star', without the seniority that scares the other people around the table.

But that is only on the Federal reserve, where her knowledge seems to be skin deep. You can't afford the blanket support of middle eastern wars under a Republican president or Democratic president, and not inflate the currency, because we simply can't afford them.

I am sitting her trying to figure out how it is cost effective to have dairy cows in Minnesota , would you not have to heat the barn in winter ? Govt subsidies to heat the bovine ? Naturally , I am opposed to that ...

Are you fucking kidding me? So if socialism is stopping voters in any fashion that hasn't started anytime soon. We will elect socialists, nation builders and anyone else who can and will help collapse this country. That is at least what it seems like we are doing.

Obama is a HUGE nation builder and mccain would have been the same p.o.s. as well. Michele isn't going to win BUT hell they first tried a black guy, now they might try a female, who knows what kind of "change" ideas they think will happen if they keep testing colors and sexes VERSUS things that actually matter like STANCES, voting record, standing WITH the constitution, protecting our liberties and so forth.

If the american people want more socialism then we will have it and there really is nothing we can do about it unless we GO BIG OR GO HOME
