To be fair, they may be competing with Newsweek for that picture, although the pictures they run of Ron are rarely more flattering.

Whenever I encounter a Michele Bachmann supporter I always make sure to throw this jab in the conversation.. "Did you know Ron Paul and Michele Bachmann actually have a history together?,, yeah, in 1976 Paul was Reagan's delegate from Texas and she campaigned for Jimmy Carter."

It's going to take a while but we will get a lot of Bachmann's votes, they are mostly folks who identify with the Tea Party movement but just lack fundamental philosophy.. People, especially republicans are well aware of socialism this time around, now that they've seen it first hand. They are going to do their homework and I think a lot of them will come to the conclusion that we have.

We should encourage ALL gay people to come out and vote Ron Paul and stick it to the man!

I'm wondering if we could get the Westboro Baptist Church to endorse her or Rick Santorum? ;)

Well said!

To tell the truth, though, Romney can look pretty uncomfortableany time. Maybe he "projects" alot.

heh I spoke to the one.. one bachmann supporter at the Iowa State Fair Parade last night and he said "i voted for ron paul last election, but I heard he was for homosexual marriage..."

at that point i had to tell him.. well actually.. then went on to explain how our government shouldnt have a role in the definition of marriage, it should be left to culture/the church..

he was also for israeli foreign aid..

hopefully by hanging around us for a bit he got to understand Ron Paul's stances better again but who knows.. people are people.. seemed like a nice, well intentioned guy..

Do these people know that Israel is a socialist state? I believe they also fund abortions with their socialist medical care but I'm not sure.

You should also make sure this guy knows Israel is very gay-friendly :)

i was considering bringing this up if i had the chance to ask this question to bachmann tonight at the debate.. but I dont know we shall see.. I would like to fact check it to make sure.. hopefully theyll be time inbetween the meet and greet and the debate tonight. :D

I stand corrected. The tel aviv gay pride parade is the largest in the middle east. Heres the article I read regarding bachmann and her "hazardous love for Israel":

Really good article. Israelis that are "gay" are exempt from Bachmann's condemnation. Christian Zionists are scary people, and what if one of their leaders overnight decides that the "all of Israel that will be saved" mentioned in Romans 11:26 is a 'spiritual Israel', and not the state of Israel? What will Christian Zionist do when they realize that a significant majority of Jews do not want to become Christians? The Jews that use Christians Zionist for their own gain are playing a game of Russian roulette.

I’ve met evangelical leaders who share an unpleasant tic with Israel’s critics on the far left: They all hold Israel to an impossible standard of moral and political behavior. To much of the Christian right, Israel isn’t a real nation-state facing a series of painful choices. It is, instead, a biblical fantasyland, and an instrument of Christian salvation. In Bachmann’s case, it’s a living test of America’s fealty to God.

I fear the day when someone like Barfman or Perry(site) is elected president and then decides he/she is tired of sitting around waiting for the rapture to happen and decides to "intervene" with extreme measures. Scary people indeed.

I understand what you are saying, but maybe the phrase "stick it to the man!" wasn't the best to use for the subject we are talking about. Ya know, people might take it out of cantext. ;)

Here's a link to a little write-up I did on Ms. Bachmann. Please check it out and pass it on. I have also set up categories for the other shills as well. As I said in the other post, if anyone would like to contribute material to help me grow these lists please get with me.
