No, you are wrong. Those statements in that video clip I posted are EXTREMELY anti semetic. Instead of debating the clear points I stated you ignore them. It was not an issue of voting at all. Badnarik says that the Jews didn't stand up and write different newspaper articles when Hitler blamed them in the papers. That is ignorant on Badnarik's part, because the Nazi's owned the media! I put the evidence of that in my post. Then he says they didn't stand up to wearing the star of David. Again, he makes no comment about the fact that they would be jailed or killed if they didn't. He also makes it seem they were too lazy to argue property rights during the Night of Glass, yet we all know what would have happened to a Jewish person who would stand up and say, "Hey Nazi's stop breaking my windows!" They would have been jailed or killed. It was rediculous for Badnarik to act as if the Jewish people were complicit in their demise and you refuse to debate those facts.....
No. He used this as an example to parallel our situation in America. It was not meant to be a detailed teaching on Hitler. His point was not that the Jewish people "asked" to be exterminated, but that they didn't rise up as their rights were being slowly stripped away. And eventually this inaction lead to a genocidal government. Yes, being jailed or killed was a consequence of rising up, but they did "nothing." I don't know what they did or didn't do... chances are they did rise up but were censored by the media, but it's moot. He's just drawing upon this travesty to parallel our situation- Wakeup before it's too late! Dare I say that we'd probably be in a very similar situation if not for the internet and the New Media.
Don't you see how this relates to what we're dealing with now? Hindsight is 20/20. Over many years in America our rights have been slowly stripped away. We're now to the point where our rights are determined by the government and being undermined by the government. We're at the point where the media chooses our politicians. We're at the point where saying the wrong thing to a police officer will get you tasered or arrested or even killed... and these cops go uncharged.
Fear was Hitler's tactic. Fear is our government's tactic whether it be the war on drugs, war on terror, global warming, war on diseases, etc. Perhaps he could've spent more time on the topic, but I think he was going for shock factor.

Title 26 of the tax code is unconstitutional. And the sections of the Constitution that restrict direct taxation have never been repealed. Therefore in the 16th amendment:
"Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on income, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
The taxes they refer to CANNOT be direct taxes on wages because that would contradict Article 1. Read more here. I'm still trying to understand all the legalease of the "income tax."
