With Romney gone, the chances of a brokered convention are nearly zero.

What are the people in the remaining twenty states supposed to do? I think this statement is discouraging to people who are still hoping. After this statement from the doctor I think he might very well be right.

I just read this on wonkette.com's coverage of RP's announcement:

"Ron Paul is a genius. He amassed a war chest of 30 million dollars, spent almost none of it, and now goes back to Congress. He can use that campaign money to guarantee his reelection to the House for the rest of his life, or probably even get himself a Senate seat. Ron Paul supporters are deluding themselves to think otherwise but after Ron making his speech at the convention he will likely tell his supporters to vote for McCain for the good of the party come November.

Ron is all about changing the party from within and the good of the party. It would be contradict his statements if he did anything else but endorse McCain at the convention.

So the question is will you still be with Ron when he does so?

Here's my take:
McCain will hang himself - are you kidding the guy has Monsters in his closet!
Huckabee is straight crazy as well.
This gives Paul supporters time to double or even triple our numbers!

Hillary and Obama both have issues as well - they're all NWO CFR members after all.

Paul can and should lay low, cut back expenses, lock in his seat in Congress and get ready for a media blitzkreig the moment McCain is exposed. That will happen in the next few months.

in the meantime:
1) give to his Congressional run (only $400k)
2) keep building up the war chest!
