April 19, 1775 Revolution begins-Lexington Common, shot "heard round the world"

2 months away and on a saturday

I think that a date out there a bit more would be better, for the simple fact that we should give it time to grow. The march should be HUGE. The more time we allot to plan and get the word out, the stronger it will be. Personally, I think July 4th would be a good day.

Definitely either Memorial Day, or 4th of July IMHO...recalling RP's suggestion, earlier is better (May 26), and this day also focuses on differentiating RP from the other "Republican" candidates on the war issue...

Remember Lexington...
Remember Concord...
Remember the Alamo...

July 4th is too late. There's no way around it.

Also, it should not be a day that will already be celebrated in D.C. Why? Because events like memorial day, flag day, etc. are celebrated in D.C. and the media will simply cover those events over ours.

Also after considering that, I take back my idea behind this thread.
