Senator Martinez,
Why did you vote for the unconstitutional bailout which was loaded with pork
(and the foundation for a carbon tax)?
Could it be because you have received $72,000 from Fidelity? Or could it be
because you received $59,000 from CNL Financial? Or could it be because you
received $49,000 from JP Moran / Chase? Or maybe it was because received $33,000
from Zurich Financial? Or was it just because there was so much pork in it for
Florida that you voted for it so that your reelection would be easier?
But on to the rest of your newsletter...
Please tell me where in the Constitution the federal government is allowed to
manage wetlands? Or where in the Constitution is it authorized for the federal
government to setup a missing persons bureau? These goals might be noble or good
intention (but based upon your vote for the bailout pardon me if I am skeptical
about your intentions) however the rule of law must be upheld. The 10th
Amendment says that if the power is not specifically delegated to the federal
government then it is the right of the States. Part of the reason was to not
have a strong overpowering and bloated central government. Have you even read
the 10th Amendment?
Whatever your reasons you have violated your oath of office and you are a whore.
I am a conservative / Republican and you have lost my vote in this election, and
in every other race in which you will run. I will campaign against you and
encourage my conservative / Republican and even independent friends to either
vote against you or sit out. I hope you and every other elected official in
Washington that continually violates the Constitution as you have gets impeached
and then tared and feathered.
