Meetup in Mt Holly, NJ - Wed 7/27/2011

For those in or around Burlington County, NJ, we will be having a meetup at "Russo's"
(1302 Monmouth Rd, Mount Holly, NJ) at 7pm on Wednesday, 7/27.

We want to discuss new ideas and efforts to support the Ron Paul campaign.

It exceeded my expectations. First off, on my short (3 mile) drive to the meetup location, I saw my first local (in my town) Ron Paul 2012 campaign sign. The meeting itself went very well and I am closer to promoting an event in August, but the biggest surprise came during our meeting. The restaurant only had 8 people there other than our group and these two guys walk up to us, excuse themselves for interupting and asked if we were discussing Ron Paul, and if they could join us. So Dave and Brandon mentioned that they were just starting to get involved, one guy bought a RP t-shirt online. So they joined our group and I will be dropping off campaign signs and slim jims to Brandon house next week.

The fact that we weren't meeting to solicit new members or hand out info; these people came up to us, they asked how how they can get involved, what they can do to help changes politics in this country. Again, there were only 8 patrons at the restaurant that night.

I have posted for another meetup with the Cherry Hill Ron Paul group for Wednesday 8/3 @ 6pm. Join that meetup group and accept the invite for 8/3. We'll be discussing some upcoming big Ron Paul events to try and turn NJ around.

2012 is going to be Ron Paul's year.
