5/22/07: Project Committees -- contact the chairman(s) listed below for volunteering, etc., and they will provide you with their contact info:
GOP State Convention Committee, Sandy, June 9 -- Sarah Mansfield/Ron Levine/Lowell Nelson
America's Freedom Festival Committee, Provo, July 4 -- David Edward Garber/Sarah Mansfield ($60 of the $99 was collected from the group on May 19 for the Freedom Festival booth application fee that's due May 31--contact David to please donate towards the balance)
Utah State Fair and 40 County Fairs Committee(s), 2007 -- Paul Dewey (need more persons over each fair)
Advertising Online Committee -- Kayla/Laurie
Advertising Offline Committee -- none yet
Signs, Flyers, Banners, T-Shirts, Etc. Committee(s) -- Ron (who's donating the materials)/Kayla (who's donating ready-made flyer)--Ron, Kayla, Damon are all seeking the best prices for T-Shirts and will report

Audio/Video Committee -- Spencer Morgan/Chris Atkin/Eric Smith (Spencer handed out free DVDs of Ron Paul videos, Chris has also compiled Ron Paul videos, & Eric is a professional videographer, complete with access to a studio--these 3 are in charge of DVDs and setting up Ron Paul videos playing non-stop at the June 9 GOP convention, in the "Republican Ron Paul for President Suite," 300A, 9:00 a.m. to midnight, at the Sandy Expo Center, plus any other audio/video projects)

1. Contact has been made to invite Ron Paul as a speaker in Utah.
2. Proposed by other group members: Leadership Committee of about 10 and/or State Coordinator
3. Proposed by other group members, also: Open-style group, no structured leadership, entire group in charge
(Note from Organizers: All your e-mails directed the May 19 agenda--thank you so much! We had exactly 30 adults + 2 children--who watched every detail and never appeared to be bored--we may have outgrown the back room at Denny's already if more than 30 attend next time--and we hope you do!)
