McClatchy-MSNBC Poll: Romney Takes Lead in Florida, Paul at 3%

That poll was taken before the Florida Debate. If a lot of Florida people watched the debate AND a lot liked what Ron Paul had to say then Ron Paul should improve in the poll.

So who gets the young vote or should I say, what's the Strategies to get the 40 and below crowd?

We've got the young vote, overwhelmingly. We IGNORED and SCARED the OLD vote. That's why Florida is down from 6% and 3%.

The polls are pretty accurate. Florida will be ugly.

I expect us to do 6-8%

If he gets 3% in the primary, believe there is serious foul play going on here.

The Florida meetups are far more active then what you all get to see.

Easy way to get the numbers up - grab some slimjims and canvass your precinct. It's actually a lot easier than you think and makes a huge difference on election day. I'm finding most people are pretty nice on my first venture today. Just taking a break now and then back out for another few hundred houses. Thank God it's warm and sunny in Houston though.

FL is a winner take all state. Unless you come in !st, you win NOTHING. RP, clearly unable to win 1st place, wisely spent his energy elsewhere.

However, in the general election, FL counts big.

Remember we were something like 6% in Nevada but end up with 15% of the votes.
