McCain's verbal kiss to Rudy:

I completely agree. It could not have been more obvious from that exchange that he will be asking him to run as his VP at some point in the near future.

Or Huckabee. He gave Huck a real nice softball question to talk more about the fairtax. I agree on Rudy, but I think he's considering either.

Rudy may have to exit the race if he does poorly in FL. After all, this guy makes a lot of money running around giving speeches about 9-11. I'm sure he's aware that he doesn't want to damage the Rudy-9-11 brand in this process.

Which makes me think of something else... if Rudy drops out and lies low for awhile, that will be good for him. The more scrutiny he gets, the dumber he looks. I bet he'd make a better VP candidate now than he will if he stays in the race another month.

I bet the VP choice will be a non-declared Presidential candidate. A majority of Americans are sick of the current group of guys running. They will want a fresh face on the VP ticket.
