So true. McCain is the mirror image of Bush on the war, immigration, outrageous spending (No Child Left Behind, prescription drugs). The only major thing he disagreed with Bush on was his early tax cuts (which was one of Bush's few meager accomplishments IMO).

We lost our own voters because so many people haven't even heard of Ron Paul, let alone how firmly and consistently he stands on all of the issues.

Ron Paul gave me hope that the US could be saved. But I am sadly realizing that he can't save people who refuse to be saved. The failed public school system, the media lies, the lemming-mentality of people is too much for even Ron Paul to overcome.

I know people don't like to hear these depressing posts, but the sad truth is, people really are too stupid to vote for the candidate they think is the best.

The only thing that might save us....maybe if Ron Paul made a commercial highlighting this fact....maybe people would realize they really hold the power to elect the president, not the mdeia.
