Rand's influence went a long way toward keeping Trumpcare from even making it to the Senate for a vote.
 
Its not even sad that McCain said that, its sad that he thinks people take him seriously enough for him to even think it carries any meaning to anybody in this country.

He's there because they can't take him out in a primary. He's there because McConnell needed Rand's support to win re-election.
