He was only doing what he was told by who he thought was an authority
figure.. He even responds, when she asks him "You are telling me that
I'm trespassing?", with "No, he is" pointing to the mouthpiece for the
"secret service".

So, the officer knew she wasn't breaking any laws, and that she was within
her rights, yet he still carries out his "orders" to escort the poor lady out,
ticket her and threaten her to not return. Got fascism?
