He must have taken his Happy Pill before this interview! He has looked very drugged the last few public appearances he has made - even at the CNN Debate.

I would agree to suspend all foreign aid to all countries as it is unconstitutional. That would mean that the U.S. gov't would no longer be able to leverage Israel to cede land for a Palistinian state. Further, if the leader of Iran attempts to make good on his threat to "wipe Israel off the map" when and if they develop an operational nuke you would then see mushroom clouds over numerous places in Iran. Just an observation.
