Maui is burning

The closures block the only route out of Lahaina to the south. Two weeks later, Maui Police Chief John Pelletier says during a news conference that officers never stopped people from leaving Lahaina that day but did try to prevent them from driving over live power lines.
Maui Police Chief John Pelletier came to Hawaii after 22 years in Las Vegas. So it was Pelletier that ordered the cops to block residents from leaving the fire?
Like he’s doing now in Maui, John Pelletier was in charge of “investigating” the Stephen Paddock 2017 Mandalay Bay shooting in Las Vegas: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...larmed-after-report-that-current-maui-police/

In 2017, the elderly weak looking Stephen Paddock supposedly fired 1100 bullets (or more than 10,000?) in some 10 minutes, killing almost 60 and injuring 500, at a distance of more than 500 meter:

Several Maui residents talk at a Council meeting about being blocked by the cops from escaping the fire.

Been wondering what's become of these people. So horrible, so much corruption, and they're only one forgotten criminal tragedy amongst many. Consider East Palestine's toxic train derailment - never a word about it in the media or from any politician, much less the Biden administration which should be looking out for Americans. Where are they now?

It's all much too depressing for me to comment on anymore. I hate this planet.

I wouldn’t let some guy on Twitter (from flint MI) tell ya it’s all over for Maui citizens
