It's that little black badge button in the lower left corner of each post. It took me a while to find it too. Originally I thought +Rep was just something you say to be nice.

I have no idea what rep does though, or where it is tracked, or anything.

Only thing the "Rep" does is add to the number of little green squares under your name. Personally, I'm not really a big fan of the Rep system (you can also "Neg Rep" those with whom you disagree, which often leads to a lot of contention).

However, a lot of people seem to like it, so I try to use it to spur donations.

Speaking of which..... *AHEM*
