MASSIVE Manipulation of Headlines To Affect NH Vote - non-Event to spur fake momentum

This is clearly the establishments last desperate attempt to pump up Huntsman to get 2nd place or to make Ron's 2nd place weaker.

Like the fake Santorum surge, this media generated Huntsman surge used a false basis to create headlines and stories that echoed in the MSM and became a sefl-fulfilling prophecy.

Let us hope this backfires in their ugly, corrupt, and contemptible faces...

This is pathetic but I don't think it's going to change anything. I would HOPE New Hampshire folks know their own little towns and not think this is anything but nonsense.

You miss the point completely. While this may be a tradition, it is by no means a justifiable or objective basis for the amount of stories and headlines generated. Obviously their mission here is not to be objective, but to pump Huntsman with a desperate attempt at the last minute.

They are using at as a basis to create headlines and articles to make a fake media driven Huntsman surge, not unlike what they did with the bogus CNN polll in Iowa for Santorum.

Dixvile Notch is an NH tradition, they always vote at midnight before everyone else, and they've historically gotten it wrong, they've talking about that on the news a lot the last few days as well.

Anti-Santorum (paid for by the Ron Paul campaign) and anti-Paul web ads:

People in NH are well aware of Dixville Notch and it's history, and the reasons Hart wasn't included in these headlines is that it probably voted later than Dixville, the country might be suaded by Dixville, but NH voters won't and at the end fo the days it's the end results that'll have the most national impact.

Is the media being dishonest, of course, but let's keep our cool

How embarrassing for the MSM. Will they come out of the primaries with any credibility remaining? Ron Paul has a real surge going. The Huntsman surge is not even believable at all given his failure to secure ballot access in three states. Few people would want to throw out their vote knowing that.

GROW UP!

You're embarrassing yourself, and Ron Paul.

This is a long-standing tradition, not some nefarious plot against Ron Paul. Those of us who are older than 20 have seen this same thing over and over again.

Go make some GOTV votes.

The funny thing is Obama got 3 votes in Dixville Notch, more than Romney or Huntsman.

There's 9 registered voters there and nothing to make headlines until later on in the day.

Chill.

I keep being surprised at how late they orchestrate these fake surges and twisted headlines...But then I remember that in order for this propaganda to work, they got to give the weak voters last minute information so they don't have time to think/research they just vote with the crowd. 35% of Santorum voters in Iowa decided on election day who they would vote for! This is just like the checkout line at the grocery store...last minute impulse purchases without thinking. Our weak minds are just conditioned to fall for these tricks, if we are not watching out (like RP supports do).

Don't take it personally guys. People are more excited when they receive different "heroes" each time. If it was Romney and Paul all the way it would get boring for most people. So the media just delivers this to them with all these "surges" (with some political bias though).

Ron Paul gets 2nd, the best we can hope for is : "Mitt gets a cammanding 1st, Huntsman gets a very tight 3rd, Ron Paul gets a distant 2nd."

Anyone remember if there was such heavy media coverage of Dixville Notch in 2008?
