Massie, Khanna demand full release of Epstein files, will try to force House vote Tuesday

The blackout text in Epstein's documents turned out to be easily readable.

In some files of the scandalous financier's case, you can read everything that the US Department of Justice tried to obscure, journalists noticed. If you simply select the "censored" blocks, the text is copied from them.

The fact is that during editing, they presumably blacked out the background of the text, not the letters themselves. In many hidden parts of the files, attempts were made to remove information about money movements and specific amounts, as well as details related to the financier's lawyer, Darren Indyke.

Clinton doesn't want the Epstein files released any more than Trump does.

Clinton knows Trump doesn't want the full, minimally-redacted files released any more than he does, because Trump himself says so:

Trump: Everybody was friendly with this guy… You probably have pictures being exposed of other people that innocently met Jeffrey Epstein years ago, and they are highly respected bankers and others. And they will end up, because of guys like Massie, he's a real low life, he’s a loser…

IOW: In the extremely unlikely event that anything like full, minimally-redacted disclosure ever actually occurs, Clinton and the rest know that it will be despite Trump, not because of him. (Also, Don and Bill have the same "highly respected bankers and lawyers and othe[r]" cronies to defend and protect as well - not just themselves.)

Clinton's claim that he wants "full disclosure" is nothing but theatrical.

[Bill Clinton] doesn't want full disclosure. He doesn't want any significant disclosure.

But he knows they won't fully or significantly disclose - not voluntarily, anyway - so he knows he's safe to posture as if that's what he wants.

But speaking of "low-life" "grandstanders" 🤣 (instead of fine, reputable people like Epstein's many innocent happenstance acquaintances):

It's like when Republicans pretend to be budget hawks when they don't have the power, but become spendthrifts when they do.

It's all in the game.

Trump & the Republicans said they wanted the files released - but while they have the power to do so, they won't actually do it.

Clinton & the Democrats say they want the files released - but when they had the power to do so, they didn't actually do it.

Only a few rare exceptions (such as Massie and Khanna) even bother to seriously try.

Khanna: You’ve got the DOJ releasing the names of survivors—which they are not allowed to do by law—but not releasing the FBI interview files with those same survivors. Those FBI interviews contain the names of other men: Wall Street tycoons and politicians…

How do I know? Because I’ve spoken to the survivors. I’ve spoken to the survivors’ lawyers who were present at the FBI interviews, who provided those names and are saying, release them. Instead, you have a DOJ that is more concerned with protecting the reputations of these men than protecting the survivors.

NEW: The DOJ has filed the 2008 government emails pertaining to the events that led to the secret provisions of Jeffrey Epstein's plea agreement, including his work release. ALMOST ALL THE NAMES of those government officials involved are redacted. This means no one can see who was involved and how those decisions were made. Last I checked, the Epstein Files Transparency At did not call for prosecutors' (or even any lawyers' names) to be redacted.
