Congressman Thomas Massie (KY-4), Congressman Trey Radel (FL-19) and Congressman Justin Amash (MI-3) introduced the Life, Liberty, and Justice for All Americans Act, which prevents the executive branch from authorizing military strikes upon American citizens on American soil.

I'm gonna attempt to get Bentivolio to cosponsor this so I'd suggest other past donors and current constituents do the same. Just an fyi for those that are curious about KB these days, I got a string of emails over 3 days from him, his wife and our current GOP state committeeman (who I like) asking for donations - about $2k over these three days and he had only raised about $700 by the third day. He needs some serious high powered drano to relieve the blockage and starting to cosponsor meaningful legislation w/ JAmash and TMass is his only way out, not to mention holding the line on spending.

Radel is shaping up to be pretty good. He was one of the Reps who stood with Rand on the Senate floor too. He's a worthy replacement for Connie Mack.

Agree completely. He was one of only 5 to vote against this legislation: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2013/roll058.xml

It was prohibiting tobacco smuggling into territories, but the Rep. Amash stated that it shouldn't be a federal government issue.
