Massachusetts Strips Citizens Of Constitutional Rights

Yes, I had seen this...what a shame to think our history of Independence/liberty started there and it looks like the tyranny will begin there now.:mad:

The bill specifically mandates the following:

(1) to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises;

(2) to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any building or facility, and to allow the reopening of the building or facility when the danger has ended;

(3) to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated, or to destroy any material;

(4) to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;

(5) to require a health care facility to provide services or the use of its facility, or to transfer the management and supervision of the health care facility to the department or to a local public health authority;

(6) to control ingress to and egress from any stricken or threatened public area, and the movement of persons and materials within the area;

(7) to adopt and enforce measures to provide for the safe disposal of infectious waste and human remains, provided that religious, cultural, family, and individual beliefs of the deceased person shall be followed to the extent possible when disposing of human remains, whenever that may be done without endangering the public health;

(8) to procure, take immediate possession from any source, store, or distribute any anti-toxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical agents or medical supplies located within the commonwealth as may be necessary to respond to the emergency;

(9) to require in-state health care providers to assist in the performance of vaccination, treatment, examination, or testing of any individual as a condition of licensure, authorization, or the ability to continue to function as a health care provider in the commonwealth

Any person who knowingly violates an order of the commissioner or his or her designee, or of a local public health authority or its designee, given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or by a fine of note more than one thousand dollars, or both.

Tyranny, pure and simple.

This is either the first shot of the Second American Revolution, or the first shot of the Second American Civil War.

Doesn't really matter at this point whether it will pass or not; the establishment has showed its hand.

"During such public health emergency or state of emergency, any person owning or controlling real estate or other premises who voluntarily and without compensation grants a license or privilege, or otherwise permits the designation or use of the whole or any part or parts of such real estate or premises for the purpose of assisting in responding to the emergency, shall not be civilly liable for causing the death of, or injury to, any person on or about such real estate or premises under such license, privilege, or other permission, or for causing loss of, or damage to, the property of such person, except in the event of willful, wanton, or reckless misconduct."

And is it me, or is this the MA state government granting legal immunity to people who give over use of their land during the "emergency" for use as quarantine camps, up to and including killing people on or around each camp?

Buckshot doesn't grant immunity.:mad:

Holy crap! That list looks like a line by line violation of practically every amendment in the Bill of Rights!

"We can search your property whenever we want, we can take whatever we want whenever we want, and we can prevent you from protesting it. We can control your movement and the rest of the citizens. We can force evacuations without proof or cause and we can permanently seize that property. Who needs warrants these days? And you still can't protest it. And since you won't be busy protesting, we can force you to inject people with whatever is in the needle that we give you. And when you're done doing that, go burn the bodies that we provide. We'll let the family know what happened if we find the time. Any questions?"

Did they manage to violate the third? Its pretty hard, because its more or less always a time of war these days.

Just thought you all might like to see this, from the World Health Organisation website:

During a pandemic, it may be necessary to overrule existing legislation or (individual) human rights. Examples are the enforcement of quarantine (overruling individual freedom of movement), use of privately owned buildings for hospitals, off-license use of drugs, compulsory vaccination or implementation of emergency shifts in essential services. These decisions need a legal framework to ensure transparent assessment and justification of the measures that are being considered, and to ensure coherence with international legislation (International Health Regulations).

Got to love that old chestnut: "coherence with international law". :mad:

This from the WHO Checklist for Influenza Pandemic Planning.

Personally, I see it like this:

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

And prepare for the fearmongering to go to a whole new level:

HIV patients at higher risk from flu, WHO says
* WHO fears complications if HIV and H1N1 viruses combine

HIV and the new flu strain could also mix together in a dangerous way, as has occurred with HIV and tuberculosis, the WHO said in guidance for health workers on its website.

"Although there are inadequate data to predict the impact of a possible human influenza pandemic on HIV-affected populations, interactions between HIV/AIDS and A(H1N1) influenza could be significant," it said.

"HIV-infected persons should be considered as a high risk and a priority population for preventive and therapeutic strategies against influenza including emerging influenza A(H1N1) virus infection," it said.

At the end of the video the propaganda caster asked about the penalties. I doubt it'll be $1,000 fine per day and 30 days in jail. It most likely will result in being sent to a CIA blacksite or immediate death by firing squad. I hope the MA house shots this bill down again.
It would make sense to CA to enact legislation like this because we've had more cases, not that I support B.S like this. Maybe we already do have something....
