If you seriously think that Ron has given up, then you don't know him well enough.
There is something he is not speaking about at the moment for not-so obvious reasons, and honestly, I would prefer it stayed that way until the convention. We don't need the spotlight at the moment and in all reality, this campaign is better off letting the grassroots handle the rest of the primaries anyway. We havent won a single primary, why campaign in primary states when you are running dry on funds and never win them? You gotta take into account instances like these where Ron is gonna have to fund court costs. Maybe he knows this state, specifically, isnt worth the fight, maybe he knows their argument wont hold up in court, maybe he wants to see how the grassroots handle it themselves. Maybe his team is on the case and we just arent hearing anything about it.
At any rate, don't ever think that Ron is just going to give up though. He wouldn't lead us on to failure either, there is too much at risk for him to flake on us, and this is something he has been fighting for for 40 years.
