Someone should probably report this to Amazon as well. It's kind of obvious that there was a planned spamming of negative comments when all the negative reviews are one stars, left on the same date, and have very similar content.

Why again doesn't Amazon restrict reviews to people who have purchased the item?

I went through all the one stars and thumbed down the ones that were written in the past couple days. I also reported the ones that were ad hominem, and the ones that were by people who clearly didn't read the book, which was about 99% of them.

But yes, this was to be expected. Those who participated in attacking Levin's book brought this on Paul. They should have known better, and they should know the concept of blowback works both ways. I'm disgusted by them.
