forget about him being picked for VP

from redstate e-mail alert

Today is an unusual day at RedState.

Many websites around the nation and the world are going dark today in solidarity against SOPA, the Stopping Online Piracy Act (SOPA) pending in Congress. Many of this site’s good friends, like Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee and Marco Rubio of Florida (a co-sponsor of the Protect IP Act in the Senate, which is the Senate version of SOPA) are supporters of this horrible legislation that would give Eric Holder and future attorneys general the right to shut down websites with minimal, if any, due process.

While it pains us to do so, we are committed to working against the re-election of each Republican co-sponsor of SOPA and Protect IP, including Rep. Blackburn and Sen. Rubio. Both pieces of legislation overreach their goals and will harm the internet.

We hope the Republican co-sponsors of these pieces of legislation will remove their names and we hope the legislation will die. In solidarity with those sites shutting down today to show you the potential impact of this legislation, RedState will suspend posting new content for much of today.

LOL. I really hope John King or whoever it is asks all the candidates on Thursday.we know where our man stands.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. Not sure why Marco Rubio has ever been thought to be a voice for liberty. Only neocons like Rush and Hannity talk day in and out about him being amazing which that alone should raise red flags. Just like Christie, IDK much about him but when hannity and the like are jamming him into your head it can't be good.

Wow - they're committed to working against their re-election? That's pretty strong.

Rubio is their creation. I'm surprised to see them do anything but praise him.

Rubios first act as a US Senator was to go to the wailing wall and don himself a yarmulke. Not hard to figure who his real constituents are and they ain't American. He is yet another trojan horse needs dismantling and the lumber tossed on the bonfires of liberty.

Of course he supports it, he's an establishment puppet. He brought cap and trade to FL and is affiliated with the left-wing Soros funded Aspen Institute.

Rubio is a neocon that just jumped in front of the tea party at the right time. His career was young enough to fool some people.

Why hasn't Beck done a hit piece on his Soros ties? XD

shhhh.... we're not supposed to talk about stuff like that!!!1!!

I knew about Rubio's true color from get go along with Haley and all the other Tea Party infiltrators.
Rubio is the puppet who came to the national scene to promote the agenda of the Military Industrial Complex and AIPAC.

Yup.
Rubio is an Israel firster which is of course the mandatory requirement to get a job in Washington.
He is a grade A+++ traitor who deserves deportation to Israel.

Called Congressman Holden's office, and he is voting against SOPA.

As far as Rubio is concerned, I have always had a funny feeling about him. I couldn't put a finger on it. But the neo-con's were praising him. If he was for liberty and against unnecessary wars, they would call him a kook.
