If 20% of the vote is in, only 4,250 people voted in Hawaii. So how come it has 19 delegates?

20% of precincts. They could all be smaller precincts.

Probably all will get delegates, and Trump will win

I was expecting this based on personality compatibility and connection - but didn't want to make a real prediction on that - knowing nothing else. trump is most like hawaii and owns a hotel there. cruz nope too social conservative, they'd prob be hostile to rubio, then there is the midwest guy.

Huge victory for Trump.

Just checked - Only Vermont and Delaware have less GOP delegates according to FrontloadingHQ

19 delegates,,, I dont know if any state (!) has less btw

RI also has 19 delegates.

VT only has 16

many of the non-state jurisdictions that get delegates (District of Columbia, various territories) have fewer even than VT

The will of the anti-Trump forces has been effectively broken. Twitter is on suicide alert.
