Mandatory Mental Health Screening?

I’ve heard Ron Paul mention more then once that there is now mandatory screening of children for mental illnesses in the US.

If this is true how the hell do the authorities get away with it?

Here's the key passage that I think explains how it passed in Illinois: They are getting the rest of the United States to pay for their project.
"The new proposal relies on targeting resources more efficiently and effectively and will leverage an additional $1.1 million in more federal Medicaid funding by claiming matching funds for services that were previously paid for by the state."

This is being worked on for the socialist public education system. They will try to get it to happen in all 50 states, it didn't pass federally, but they will be pushing and pushing. Big Pharma and the Nazi/Commie school system. Children are their guinea pigs and minions for conditioning and indocrination for a global work force. Just read that the entrance exams for college are being changed, no longer academically oriented, but 'attitude' oriented. Must be compliant, or no college for you! Must have a slave and morally challenged attitude....

I'm just amazed that in a country such as the US that so called accountable authorities can get away with such an invasion upon civil liberties.

Plus it should be said one man's lunatic is another man's genius.
