Mancow interview on youtube

I have a hard time thinking that Stern would be a positive for the Ron Paul campaign.

I just have a nightmare where the conversation goes like this:

HS: Well folks, today in the studio, we've got Ron Paul!
RP: Howdy
HS: So I hear that you're for free speech, huh?
RP: Absolutely, as provided in the First Ammendment...
HS:Well that's just great! But guess what! We've got 17 strippers and a midget here! Whaddya think of that?!
RP: Well, the Constitution gives you the right...
HS: And they're doing shots!

and so on

Hard to tell what Stern's reaction would be. He's on good behavior with people like Trump.

Seems like he'd like the libertarian angle since he basically got run off the air by the FCC under Bush. Before that and after 9/11 he was a big Bush backer and for war with everyone in the middle east. George W Bush that is.

There are still some copies of his show from 9/11 circulating around the net.

the only person i can't stand more than howie is mancow.

thank god dr. paul did a great interview.

I think a phone call interview with the Stern show would be fine. Don't bring him into the studio. Maybe just long enough to give Stern some time to bring out the civil liberties issues.

I listened to the Mancow interview and thought it was pretty funny. I liked the "I'm falling in love with you" bit, heh. I don't think Ron Paul, being 71, would understand "mancrush" or anything like that, but it made for an amusing moment.

Howard Stern actually ran as a Libertarian for the New York State governorship, but he dropped out before the elections. He'd give a good interview, I'd bet.

Of course his listeners would love the idea of abolishing federal drug laws and the DEA.

If they could figure out how to go vote they would be a great demo. LOL.

It's been said that 3 year old charges were trumped up against Howard Stern when he changed his position on Iraq.

His boss Les Moonves is the grandson of David Ben Gurion, who was the first Prime Minister of Israel (1948-1953)

Howard Stern is pretty libertarian. That being said, I'm not sure it would be a good idea to do so while running for the Republican primary. Maybe if he won the primary.
