It has already been the case for the past 3 decades that women make more, not less, than me doing the same work with the same amount of experience as them.

The comparison that makes it look like women make less is comparing all women with all men no matter what their jobs are.

Lets not forget the modeling business, the sports of tennis, escorting etc etc where the female earn way more than their male counterparts for doing the same amount of work. Also men and women prefer having a female take care of them in places like nursing homes, rehab clinics, at the dentists etc etc. The female touch is something that gives women advantage over men in some work fields.

There are male versions of this phenomena too, so not trying to say women have it good all the time.

When Employers win, the Family loses.

This is a distraction point. Less than 40% of the US Workforce has a 40 hour a week job. Now before Zippy jumps in, I'll explain the statement. There are a lot of underemployed workers, but there are actually more people working MORE than 40 hours per week. And why is it these people dont work normal work weeks? Same reason as the Unemployed remain Unemployed, the Employers demand it. Cut the workforce, demand same level of output. Cut the workforce some more, demand same level of productivity from fewer workers. Wash, rinse, repeat. Employers can contend with inflation by not giving fair cost of living wages. It wont take care of all of Inflation for a business, but every dime they dont spend keeps them afloat.

So employers survive, the family doesnt. Is that the end of it? Well, why do Employers need to resort to such tactics? And the truth is they are just as much victims as everyone else. Theyre not at the bottom of the food chain so they can allow the shit to roll downhill. Businesses go out of businesses for various reasons. Some of those reasons are Natural. Competition. Loss of interest in Product or Service. Not properly managed. Other reasons are not Natural. Unable to acquire raw materials to build Products when distribution of those raw materias is controlled by their Competition. Over regulation. Govt Fines. Requirement of Licenses. But one of the biggest Unnatural means for a business to die is because they are also affected adversely by the cost of Inflation.

So if its Inflation, what can be done to stop Inflation? First, we need to examine what Inflation is exactly. Inflation at its core as an increase in the Money Supply which then causes the value of the currency to drop. And who has a bigger influence on Inflation than both the Federal Reserve Bank and Govt. The "Fed" (remember: Private Bank with US Govt as its only "Customer") prints money without any measure of Control by the US Govt. They bail out who they want to bail out and let others sink who they want to sink. Small businesses that are taken out by Inflation are just "Collateral Damage". US Govt goes to war with any country that refuses to buy OPEC Oil without US Dollars. And the Wars never end. They also overspend to a degree that is absolutely dizzying. Militarization of Police. War on Drugs. Enforcement of Regulations that prohibit Business Growth, thus, taxable income. Dept of Education. Welfare. Unfunded Liabilities. The list goes on and on.

The end result is that without an Honest Money System, which can only result by ending Central Bank creation of fiat money, there can be no real solutions to ANY form of Wage Inequality.
