The content is good and several Ron Paul supporters might like it, but as a professional internet marketer I can tell you that I agree with the previous post. It can't go viral because the speaker, while sounding professional, speaks too slowly, too monotone and the video is far too long and wordy. 2 minutes is about the max for a video going viral. Plus, I don't mean to be critical because I really appreciate your effort and we share an appreciation of Ron Paul, but it will be difficult for non-Paul supporters to know when you're being sarcastic. Bullet points are key and need to be clear and simple. If you have to explain, it won't go "viral." However, this video can still make positive contributions and I think you should keep it up. But to be viral, it'll need to be bullet points, fast paced, fast transitions to the next visual and probably contain some live footage. It doesn't have to go "viral" to do some good.
