I just sent this letter to CNN due to their lack of coverage on their political page:

CNN, as a long-time reader and viewer, I'd like to take a moment to express my strong disappointment over your lack of coverage on Ron Paul's record-breaking multi-million dollar donation surge, particularly on the front page of your Political section.

Surely the largest online fund-raising haul in Presidential campaign history is worthy of mention on your front page, far greater in significance than the current headliner: McCain's Register and Globe endorsements. The Des Moines Register and the Boston Globe are two media outlets who each have one collaborative opinion. The multi-million dollar Ron Paul "money bomb" today, meanwhile, expresses the opinions of over 40,000.

And yet there is nary a mention of Ron Paul supporters' efforts, supposedly because it has yet to be confirmed. This line of reasoning seems questionable in light of the fact that the impending endorsement of John McCain by Senator Lieberman has yet to be confirmed in exactly the same manner as Ron Paul's donations have yet to be confirmed, but the ongoing fund-raiser which has already broken the previous record (also set by Paul supporters, as you are no doubt aware) fails to get a mention at all while readers are forced to put up with stories about the comparatively insignificant voices of a few of the media and Washington elite.

When do the opinions of three trump those of over 40,000 (and climbing)? The answer resounds: "Never!"

Your failure to remain objective in your reporting is an embarrassment to journalism.

Feel free to emulate this message on other media networks. CNN's complaint page is here: http://www.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form1.html?18

Nice, articulate, well-reasoned letter.

LOL Do not think they are hovering over this counter, like we are..give them a break..they will talk about it tomorrow for sure..

Give 'em a day

Let's give them a day. It took them a full day to start reporting on Nov 5th. They need time to gather the facts and produce segments. It should be breaking news, but let's give it a day before we give 'em hell.

If ya'll are tired of the Old Media playbook, it's time for us to be heard. Go to http://www.blitzthemedia.com/ and volunteer. The only way to get to the Old Media is to get to their pocketbooks and their bottom lines. We need to let them know who holds the purse strings. Just don't forget - BE NICE! Don't give Ron Paul's campaign a bad name. LET'S DO THIS. WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH THE MEDIA.

The 'Old Media'? I prefer the 'Controlled Media'. The Controlled Media presents an agenda. The internet is where you find 'news'.

"old" = "dinosaur"

"Old Media" is good. We know that it means "controlled", but "old" implies "dinosaur".
