At this point, with Trump, Cruz and Kasich backing off their respective pledges to support the GOP nominee, there is no practical reason Rand has to honor his pledge to support Trump if he were to be the nominee.

And of course, Rand being the big kidder that he is and it being April Fools, yea it will probably be some sort of joke.
