Guys, what is the RNC's 'official' reason for not seating the delegates and escorting them out? Yes, I know the reason is really, 'because they would have voted for Ron Paul', but did they ever give some reason for doing this? Did they say RP people cheated, or something?

I just heard someone on the floor claiming there are 6 or so states that submitted to put Ron Paul into nomination... but there may be a rule change for 8 states etc. They don't sound like they know.

Ben Swann is asking on his FB page for escorted out delegates to contact him.

Confirmed by a Maine grassroots activist on the ground there, Maine walked out.

Move over New Hampshire, WE live free or die!

Did they all just walk out? Or were some thrown out so they all left? It seems more likely they were asked to leave or escorted since if they went all that way you'd think theyd stick around for at least awhile to vent with other delegates.

I can't keep up with all this.

This is the Maine delegation that was already stacked with more than 50% Romney supporters? Or did something else happen between then and now that changed that?

The RNC's reason would be that those delegates support not only the wrong candidate, but ideas that do not support more power for the 1%. The RNC is doing everything in its power to make our election process as Top Down as possible, meaning that the people at the top get to pick and choose who is going to be the Republican Nominee regardless of the Delegates.

THIS is the corruption that your mother warned you about. THIS is Vote Flipping. THIS is why we are all pissed at the RNC, regardless of whether we even understand what we are pissed off about. THIS is the very core of how corruption gains its power.

This is a very intelligent question that deserves a response.
