What does that mean exactly? Aren't the delegates decided?

Most likely all the Romney people walked out before the convention could be officially adjourned. So it's still technically open. Probably they hope to change or negate the results in this manner.

I'm pretty sure I read the new platform was the Charlie Webster one, our guys didn't touch it. So the tea party one from 2010 remains. LOL!
