according to rnc rule and ben swann. the rules states no state can bound their delegates. so it will not matter, delegates can vote or abstain to their will. please watch the ben swann video.

Of the 15 one was the governor and he is backing Romney. The remaining 14 were hand selected Ron Paul supporters.

If the governor Lepage is one of the 15 can we count on him or was he included on the slate for some strategic reason like attracting other votes or as a courtesy or did some of our votes break ranks to elect him? Just interesting to know for other state conventions strategy wise. If you can say of course.

But he was also in romneys slate as well.
