Any chance someone can give us some guide lines of what is okay to post on this very, very conservative forum? I'll save the risky stuff like hot dogs and v masks for facebook and other means of spreading. I'd be happy to stick to the rules of the forum, but there is nothing published that i can find on any posts, anywhere.

There is nothing inherently wrong with the battle flag of the US Confederacy either. However some organizations have used it and thus associated it with specific ideologies that essentially everyone would agree is not good. The KKK using this flag is a perfect example. The symbol is now tainted because of its association with the KKK and like-minded organizations..

The V mask is and has been used by various groups who are doing things that we don't want to be associated with. Because of that, it is unwise and even detrimental to associate Ron Paul with the V iconology just like it would be bad to associate him with a Confederate battle flag.

Remember it's all about perception. We are attacked enough and don't need to open ourselves up to more attacks. We have a real shot at winning this thing, let's not give them any ammo to shoot back our direction.
