I have been waiting for AP, CNN, FOX or CNN to cover the mess in LA, but where are all the news stories?

Other important news to cover. Currently front page worthy:

OOH, Ooh...what was Kim Kardashian wearing?

From the AP posted by KPVI.com (I don't think I need to break this link):

http://www.kpvi.com/news/political/...vention-delegates/IypP3HreO0SWL7Z8GrB1Lw.cspx

"BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Louisiana's Republican Party leaders have chosen delegates to the party's national presidential nominating convention in Tampa.

Thirty of the state's 46 delegates were selected Saturday at the state GOP convention in Shreveport.

Ten are supporters of Rick Santorum, who won Louisiana's Republican primary contest earlier this year. Five support Mitt Romney, who will be the party nominee for the fall presidential election. One delegate is for Ron Paul. Another 14 delegates weren't bound to a specific candidate, but the state Republican Party said those were expected to support Romney.

There were no nominations for 13 of the 16 remaining positions. The party says that was done to allow talks with Paul supporters who refused to participate in the convention."

Lol...AP "Nothing to see here people." KPVI "What are you talking about? That was my take on it." An actual reply I received.

For more jokes KPVI has a contact page on the About Us section.

Ben Swann is doing a Reality Check on it tonight (6/7). Anyway to find out the Nielsen ratings for WXIX Fox 19's news?

well this was predictable.

we ought to use their predictability against them somehow.

These groups are professional propaganda arms of the foreign occupiers of America, they will not report on the crimes commited in their bosses names.

I don't. I don't think Ron Paul would want that either.

If you're looking for a quick way to set this movement back about 50 years, that one would be at the top of the list.

I definitely see your point and am not disagreeing ... but I will say I'm not convinced you're right. I want what happened in NV to happen on a national level -- we try to play by the rules, they underhandedly shut us out, big scene, 2-4 years later we return with 100x organized with 3x the numbers ... we take over.

The way to set this revolution back 50 years is to go back quietly into obscurity.

I was disappointed to read Ron Paul's latest campaign update, where he says that we may have ~20% of the delegation in Tampa, and Dr. Paul seems to think that is enough to shape the future of the GOP (platform changes, blah blah blah—Come on, Ron, the GOP doesn't even follow its own platform).

Does no one remember Buchanan's delegates in 1996? You don't? Well, that's because the GOP threw them a bone and let Pat speak for a few minutes during convention and then they fell off the face of the earth.

Those who don't make "trouble" are easily forgotten. But I'm defining "trouble" as shaking up the GOP with a heated convention, which I don't think would be "trouble" at all, but rather, would actually be a GOOD thing for the GOP if others notice something big is happening within the party.

You're right, rolling over and letting them fuck us is the right thing to do.

Agreed. Polite well mannered individuals rarely make history. We need to FIGHT for our freedoms again. Bending over and taking it from TPTB is not going to cut it.

Not saying we need to be "polite" or that we must "roll over and let them fuck us"....maybe I'm misunderstanding the post I replied to, but I wouldn't want to see another violent episode such as we saw Saturday in Shreveport, LA...especially if we are the ones to instigate the violence this time. The whole country will be watching. That's not the way to win over hearts and minds.

I personally think the Mr. Herford, Louisiana assault was a more important news to cover than the Los Angeles Rodney King beating.

Rodney King was endangering other people lives by driving at close to 100 MPH. When he first got arrested, he assaulted the officer (Powell) and another lady officer. (from my recollection). They hardly ever showed the first part of the tape where King was assaulting officers.

On the other hand, with the case of Mr. Herford, we have a duly elected official that gets ruthlessly pulled down to the ground after multiple statements from him that he was disabled and others that he was the elected chairman.

THAT story should have been covered nationwide for weeks.
