Louisiana Ron Paul delegates lose appeal [mod: FIRST appeal]

My attitude does not rain on enthusiam, that was sucked out back in...ohhh, early June? January? When Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich dropped out of the race which helped further show that Ron Paul and his campaign were working with Romney and his campaign?
I mean, if we are moving forward, and we don't have nearly $3 million in the bank of other people's money, we should move forward wisely.

Various things sucked out a lot of enthusiasm (although I absolutely disagree that Ron was working with Romney and think as of the Texas Convention he was fighting for whatever we could win. I have no reason to think RON has stopped and neither do you.) And we are trying to keep our enthusiasm up over activities like fighting this in the media for our delegates and you suck that enthusiasm out. So please use the vent for that, and if anyone wants their enthusiasm bled they can go there for it.

Or you could help us with this, you are good with videos.

Did anyone actually expect the corrupt RNC to side with us? I mean they are the ones who might not even seat our Maine delegation, which is a complete double standard when you look at how they just ruled. Anyways...the only way to win is through state and federal law at this point.

If not seating the delegates would be a bigger media negative than seating them, particularly with that values voter group now trying to oust Romney, which might appeal to the non Paul delegates trying to take the place of ours, I think ours will be seated. But we have to put the pressure on through getting the story out so it is a scandal if they don't seat the delegates. They have to know they'll be seeing those videos forever, if they cheat our guys that badly.

OK, this is the 'contest' but both sides have 8 days now to file written objections to the Comittee on Contests statements. Then the RNC passes on the contest and will notify the Convention Comittee on Credentials of the time and place of meetings and they can attend but not participate. And then there can be an appeal from that ... anyhow this isn't the end per RNC rules 22, 23 and 24.

Say, "Rand Paul endorsed Mitt Romney on the Sean Hannity show, Ron Paul allowed his website to be used to defend Rand Paul's endorsement of Mitt Romney; so why wouldn't we go to Tampa in favor of Mitt Romney, but also in favor of getting new planks in the platform like balancing the budget within 5 years? The importance of following the Constitution, because we can see from President Obama what happens when a President doesn't." etc.

If that fails, all they need to say is, "If Mitt Romney is good enough for Rand Paul, he's good enough for us!"
It would save broken fingers, hospital trips, visits to jail, lawyers, and most importantly...it would ave time and money.

I think if you suggest it to the Louisiana delegates they will rip you apart so I don't suggest it. Come on, why do this? Just to be a jerk? What have those here done to you?

Some of us here are going to fight all the way until whatever the end is. If that isn't in your temperament and you just want to give up, that is fine, but then don't impede others.

They haven't done anything to me, I am trying to give them alternative advice now. I'm also sending my speaking resume to RP's office, and asking for a slot at his rally, now that I am coming out in defense of Mitt Romney.
These delegates could elevate themselves politically, and get accepted into the GOP (according to Jack Hunter?), if they simply will endorse Romney before the convention. I'm not saying what they have to do once they're at the convention, I think you are missing that.
This is simply about getting your foot in the door, and hopefully not broken.

I have a question....Does anyone know the names of those police officers in LA that was on the video's?....i did an image search on shreveport police department and found nothing. however, i did find allot of mug shots of people's faces all bruised and battered.

I also thought they could have been hired thugs posing as police officers.

I guess if RP releases another book in the next few months, and Doug Wead is the author (maybe even Jack Hunter?), we're supposed to think these guys were on staff for what purpose?
Ron Paul's campaign keeps asking for money for delegates, but won't even release an ad helping out these poor people? Seriously?
The delegates need to understand that the RP campaign has effectively tossed them under the Romney bus, maybe it's just trying to save any appearance of being an actual decent campaign though, and not one that was simply about getting paychecks for certain people?

Again, if a candidate is having a rally, and is letting people speak at the rally that have endorsed Mitt Romney, what exactly is going on?

One way to find out, might be to inquire how to hire an off duty officer and start with that? Not sure.

Someone got the badge numbers I heard. One of the videos panned the badges and names somewhat and when freeze framed they might be there. I think the second or third video above, where they are dragging off the real rules chair to have the fake one pretend to present the 'new rules'. I am hoping that what I heard about someone walking by specifically getting the names and badge numbers was separate, though because without freeze frame it is blurry. there is one that might be readable, check it and see what you think. We can ask the Louisiana delegates, about that person who supposedly walked around and collected them.
