Looks like the Santorum blitz is working for the MSM

Even if Paul wins this, I'm shocked at how easily people are misled by the MSM. Santorum? You would think after years of suffering at the hands of the government people would start to get a clue.

Too many people hooked into the idiot tube.

Santorum nailed a solid second in the Urbandale county Caucus covered by CSPAN. Paul got third...

So you just got the memo? On a positive note, the mainstream media's agenda has been so blatant that it's waking a lot of people up.

No matter how the results come out, and it is still very early...

I can not believe the control that the media has on people in this country.

Agreed to an extent, but the fact that Paul is even in contention shows that their grip is slipping.

That's what they have been telling us. The media picks the president. We are telling them... not this time.
Ron Paul all the way 2012!

This is great news. Santorum is not a threat, and will implode. I'm happy to see the others taken down a peg by this, and if all goes well, this situates Ron Paul as the ideal candidate, just as McCain was, in-between moderate Romney and social conservative Huckabee. Paul is now the top-tier candidate with military experience, and we just need to work on taking out Romney-Santorum supporters: we need to be electable, and appeal to social cons.

Today is panning out to be a big win!

Man these results are terrible. If Ron wins, that will get zero coverage from the MSM. The whole story will be the "Santorum surge." Well, I guess they would have ignored his win no matter what.

Yea, I'm thinking they will talk about how WELL Santorum does, and ignore any mention of RP.

That's what I was thinking. I'd love for Paul to be first, but a Santorum surge is probably better for us in the long run because his support dies after Iowa.

Possibly not if the media keeps pumping him.

There's an interesting question. Dude's a lemon, and his bubble should by all rights pop. But will a good showing in Iowa keep people from figuring out that he doesn't even deserve to be in the hunt? Will the fact help hold his bubble together, at least for a while?
