Wow. Just, wow. Do people really read this and think it's unbiased reporting? With some acrobatics, this could make a great Rudy Giuliani cheer! lol

The New York Post, like Fox News, is part of Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation empire so such sludge appearing in the Post shouldn't be a surprise. It's just another neocon rag pandering to the misinformed and uninformed.

People have been claiming for years that there's a liberal media bias. I've been thinking on this issue for all that time, and I've come to the conclusion that it isn't liberal bias. It is statist bias. Back when conservatives had at least a semblance of small government rhetoric, it sounded like liberal media bias. But now that a true conservative is in the race, it's becoming obvious to all that the mainstream media (and most of the alternative media) is significantly biased towards big government.

Agreed. Any position that is pro-establishment the media will try to perpetuate, whether that means attacking anti-war hippies or free market advocates.

There is a liberal bias, but only in the sense of the nanny state and socialism, the media never advocates liberal ideas in the way of personal liberty (drug use, etc).

I am convinced of the same thing. I treat what I see or hear in the media, the same way I treat what 99% of politicians, and the government says. That is I assume that its misleading at best or outright lies at worst, until proven otherwise. The John Gibson "hit piece" on Ron has only cemented my opinion.
