Sadly, this is far from the first time I've seen such sentiments in the liberty movement.

Lots of fatalism out there.

For whatever reason, it's especially prevalent in the Alex Jones/NWO/banksters/etc crowd.

I guess "They" start looking so formidable, and one becomes so paranoid about double/triple/quadruple agents that one just can't function.

Everything's always a trick and world is doomed.

Ironically enough, I'm pretty well convinced that much of the Conspiroverse is actually controlled opposition, designed to have this very effect.
