BOISE, Idaho – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul draw a remarkable crowd of more than 1,350 supporters and undecided voters in Twin Falls, Idaho today. It was the first of many events comprising a three-day, multi-stop visit to the key caucus states of Idaho and Washington.

The 12-term Congressman from Texas launched his three-day Pacific Northwest visit with a town hall meeting held at 12:00 p.m. MST in the Roper Auditorium of Twin Falls Senior High School, located at 1615 Filer Avenue East, Twin Falls, ID 83301.

Just got back from there. The place was packed out and people were excited.

Dr. Paul flew in in a tiny helicopter just before he was scheduled to speak and landed behind the auditorium.

We've seen this before. Huge crowds before only to see crappy results on voting day.

They did open the event with someone explaining the caucus and asking people to register Republican, even if only long enough to the caucus. He also stressed the point that anyone who is 17 and will be 18 before November can and should caucus as well.

There were tables in the lobby with both voter registration and party registration forms.

My understanding is that people will be able to register to vote and register Republican at the caucus if they fail to do either beforehand.

I listened to the speech live via the local TV Station. Ron did very well and the crowd loved it.

I just hope we can get to $1.5 Million raised in the NOPB Money Bomb before Friday at Midnight.

If all the people from 2-3 events went to vote in Maine he would have won it by at least 500 votes. It is a mystery to me where do these people disappear.

YES... always sign-off with an personable action item for the audiences/viewers.

GOTV... Emphasize as the most important/critical action in American History today, is for what the citizens can do... Inform others and all of you vote! Make it the most personable message to all, every time Ron completes his appearances/speeches.

PS: Glad to see the campaign is learning on how to use photography to their/campaign's advantage.

Yep. This gets you called a troll here, but a lot of times people will travel from other states to see Ron Paul. We saw it in Maine too. Tons of NH RP supporters came to see RP in Maine and obviously couldn't vote in the caucuses.

He has supporters in nearby states. I remember reading that in Iowa when he went north there were people from Idaho. EVENTUALLY there is voting in all of the states. but some can't vote, some are just curious, and it is what it is. but in Maine he got big crowds and almost won if he didn't win. In Minnesota he got big crowds and WAY overperformed polls. So it isn't as if they never translate to turn out.
