Local news coverage with video: Ron Paul Brings Out Thousands In Ithaca

Apparently one woman with tinfoil on her head and a wildly inaccurate sign, accompanied by what appeared from the back (in the photo I saw) as a young enough person to have not had any choice in the matter, who had tinfoil on their head and was staring down as if wishing to sink into the floor.

I feel sorry for the lady now, do post the pic if you can.

Here is a Video that the spokesperson at the end stated "Mitt Romney may vary well be the nominee", WTF!!...How does she know if mitt romney gonna win...another establishment wanna be's. I hope Ron takes the caucus in NY.

yeah, I was amused.

4500 cheering people packed the bleachers, and then there were these two nuts (or one nut and an unfortunate child).

On the positive side no one protests someone that is not a threat to actually win.

There's a great write up in the Cornell Sun about this event. I'm having issues with my phone atm can't copy/paste. It mentions the dream protestors and why they didn't protest, also some guy apparently showed up with a stupid sign that got snatched out of his hand and shredded to bits. If someone wants to grab and link here it's definitely worth a read.

I love to hear about this. I truly sincerely believe that nothing is over.

Haha hes run as a libertarian "several times." someone needs to fact check their teleprompter!

voting up good comments and voting down the Johnson supporter comments who is attacking Ron might be a good idea.

How much you wanna bet that Johnson troll is a member here? Good comments from you though, you are tireless in your defense of Ron and the truth. I personally see nothing wrong with them ripping that sign, the private property argument just doesn't fly with me here. And it was a direct personal attack on Ron, completely untrue and slanderous. It had absolutely nothing to do with the issues, so the tolerance argument doesn't work either.
