This is from the Republican Liberty Caucus.
"On January 21, 2013, RLC-Virginia activists will converge on the Capitol in Richmond and work to educate Senators and Delegates on issues important to the liberty movement, and our stances on particular legislation. There will be a break for lunch at the Tobacco Company at 1:00.
This is the perfect opportunity to not only meet and build familiarity with your legislators, but also learn how the legislative process works by observing committee hearings and visiting members' personal offices."

Mark your calenders if you are able to go. It's a good time to pressure your legislatures into voting on some key pieces of legislation.
It's early for legislation as pro-liberty groups are still try to find patrons for their bills. With the state-wide elections and convention process within the GOP, this is a good year to find some patrons sponsoring bills they otherwise wouldn't have as they try to "out conservative" each other.
VA-C4L has a few bills they are trying push through. They haven't made their legislative agenda public yet as they are finalizing the details but from what I heard, there is some good stuff being pushed. Let's hope when the actual legislation drafting process is done, they will still be solid bills.
