Livelink for Audit the Fed bill vote coming up soon (after vote now happening)

It's time to start putting maximum pressure on our senators to get it to the floor for vote and to vote FOR it, without dilution.

Wonder who the one GOP NAY is....

Take your guess. These are the 13 Republicans who didn't cosponsor the bill:

Rep Boehner, John [OH-8]
Rep Brady, Kevin [TX-8]
Rep Cantor, Eric [VA-7]
Rep Dold, Robert [IL-10]
Rep Issa, Darrell [CA-49]
Rep King, Peter [NY-49]
Rep Nunes, Devin [CA-21]
Rep Reichert, David [WA-8]
Rep Rivera, David [FL-25]
Rep Roby, Martha [AL-2]
Rep Ryan, Paul [WI-1]
Rep Southerland, Steve [FL-2]
Rep Turner, Robert [NY-9]

I'd say Cantor but he is such a slime I'd expect him to vote for it just to cover himself with coloration.

South Dakota needs to put a lot of heat and pressure for Tim Johnson. Remind him that South Dakota is mostly GOP and will not re-elect him if he acts like Harry Reid's puppet.

Peter King would be my bet. I'm pretty sure Darrell Issa supported it

The funny thing is that even though so many Democrats voted for this bill in the house, hardly any Dems in the Senate support his bill. Even a few of the Republicans in the Senate oppose it as well. I guess the house is just a lot better than the Senate.

Boxer cosponsored it in 2010. We in CA have to point that out and make a big point of it. Everyone has to figure how best to work on their senators, and activate email lists.

letter to senator said:
Dear Mr. senatornamehere
The House of Representatives has loudly spoken in favor of and on behalf of We the People concerning H.R.459 Audit the Fed.
It is now your turn to represent We the People by using all means at your disposal to bring to the floor and pass S.202 Audit the Fed, without amendments to dilute it's power.
Thank you,
We the People

:D

There's a lot of things we can do to get this passed in the Senate.

1. Everyone needs to call/email their own two Senators.
2. We need to encourage South Dakota supporters to pressure Tim Johnson to bring up the bill in the Senate Banking Committee.
3. We can email/tweet all South Dakota local news to get them to report on the bill and possibly interview Tim Johnson since he's the one holding up the popular Audit the Fed bill.
4. We need to get liberal media/bloggers to pressure the Dems.
5. Many Senators will be holding town halls during the month long August recess. It is a MUST that we have people attend and question their Senators on S. 202.

I am absolutely sure it WAS NOT Issa. He spoke out in favor of it, opposes SOPA/PIPA, is quite friendly to the liberty movement.

Reichert, Roby, Rivera, King, Dold would be my suspects. I'm betting it's Dold or King because their districts are more Democratic.

It's much easier to buy off the Senate. 335 less payouts and blackmails to be made....

Good work on getting it passed everyone! Now onto the Senate. We don't have a lot of time.

The roll call is out! http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2012/roll513.xml

The RINO was Robert Turner of New York. He tried running in the senate primary and was defeated, so he won't be coming back to the 113th Congress. So nobody will have to work to kick him out. He's off to retirement.
