Live Blog for Minnesota Caucuses

Guys, I hate to say it, but this is good. I WANTED to win Minnesota, but seeing the polls, even overperforming, that would have been a real upset even in my own mind. If we are a solid second it will unfortunately be Santorum Central, but not in Maine, not ever, and that comes next. Remember that Ron was pegged third or fourth going into this.

I agree, and the delegates are non-bounding so let Santorum have his celebration. Romney will attack him in the coming days and weeks like he attacked Newt in the previous weeks.

Minnesota Patch: Paul edging out Santorum in Ramsey County; Santorum doing the same to Paul in Hennepin County. Only about a third to half the votes counted in those counties, however.

RosevillePatch : With 4 of 11 precinct votes tallied at GOP House 54A, Santorum out in front

Did anyone see that on CNN, they were talking with some precinct officials. They reported they were going to take the ballots off site to a restuarant accross the street and count ballots and grab a bite to eat, but a decision was made by someone not to. Unreal!!!!

Any more news on the alleged fraud that was shown on the CNN feed? Some people were talking about this a few pages back...

THIS IS EMBARRASSING!!!!!!!

I AM DONE WITH POLITICS AND DONATING :(

Wow, that is quite an admission. I mean, if you think THIS is hard, whatEVER will you do when the shit actually hits the fan, hide under your bed?

Come on, man.

I've had a bout or two of that. Lasts a couple hours. Ride it out man, you can do it!

RosemountPatch: Final tally from Rosemount: Santorum 190, Paul 91, Romney 80, Gingrich 63. Total turnout lower than expected.

Fridley Patch: 15 minutes til we get full GOP presidential results from all 17 precincts in MN District 50A. FIFTEEN MINUTES.

Golden Valley Patch: Still waiting on Ron Paul to speak. Stevie Ray Vaughan is keeping folks entertained pretty well through the sound system, though.

Stevie Ray. Nice choice.

@guest: Ron Paul is winning over many previous democratic votes, alot of people who voted for Obama in 2008 because they thaught he would be different then the status quo. 4 years later they realize that Obama is just exactly like the status quo, so these same folks are once again getting behind someone whom they believe will bring about real change and really turn this country around for good...aka Ron Paul.
