Richfield Patch: Platform favorites: Abortion and immigration.

Yeah, immigration. Those damn Canadians swimming across the border into Minnesota.

Comment From Strong Brew
I hear that Gingrich has just said on CNN that he's "won" 15 out of 17 debates, tied one, and probably lost one. He really fancies his debating skills.

Gingrich is a narcissist.

Shakopee Patch: If one shakopee precinct is any indication of the rest Ron Paul may win here by a landslide

Kathy, I'm posting as "true conservative" there.

Just so you know.

ALso did you notice Richfield Patch saying results may not be in until TOMORROW? WTF?

Danielle Cabot, Editor: I stopped in to the Lilydale precinct, where resolutions were well underway. I heard one to repeal individual mandate in affordable health care act, and one to remove the definition of marriage from the platform. That provoked another to promote civil unions as an option instead of removing definition of marriage, if I interpreted that correctly. It's a feisty bunch.

St. Louis Park Patch: Totals in Ward 3: Santorum 51, Romney 30, Paul 28, Gingrich 11. No other SLP wards in. We did it turbo mode here.

Minnesota Patch: In Missouri, meanwhile, CNN reports that with 11 percent of the vote in, Santorum has 51 percent of the vote, Romney 28 percent, Paul 12 percent. Gingrich not on that state's ballot, but 5 percent uncommitted.

That's total bullshit!

RosevillePatch : Straw ballot underway at Precinct 9 and tally is 3 for Gingrich, 5 for Romney 12 each for Paul and Santorum.

Lake Minnetonka Patch: Results from Orono Precinct 1: Rick Santorum, 18; Mitt Romney, 17; Ron Paul 9; Newt Gingrich, 2

Zac Farber: Senate District 52 results: Rick Santorum, 22; Ron Paul, 15; Mitt Romney, 7; Newt Gingrich, 4.

Shakopee Patch: We have 14 precincts. So far Santorum wins two while Paul has one

"DavidHenke: Commencing the voting. Some of the ballots don't have Mitt Romney's name on them."

I don't even want to imagine the voter fraud charges that would be thrown around if that happened to Paul.

Comment From TrueConservative
@ Minnesota Patch - CNN was caught by some Ron Paul supporters adding votes for Bachman, Perry, Cain to the "uncommitted" total earlier. Don't know if CNN has corrected this "error" yet or not. The MO Secy of State site has the correct numbers - different from what CNN is broadcasting.

In state senate district 56b nobody in a crowd of several hundred spoke for santorum. We are about to vote in our own precinct.

James Sanna: Jonathan Ousley of SW Mpls says he's attracted to the "honesty, integrity, and consistency of Ron Paul."
