Burnsville Patch: Rich Kish in Burnsville, told the crowd he was "tired of big name candidates being shoved down our throats." Kish criticized Romney roundly as a "Democrat lite." "At some point we must stand up against this or the Republican Party is going to lose its values and is going the way of the Whigs."
 
Minnesota Patch: Six of the 4.137 caucuses reporting: 41 votes for Santorum, 24 for Paul, 13 for Romney and seven for Gingrich. It's early, of course, but one poll did indicate Santorum was leading in this state.
 
Edina Patch: Edina's 5th precinct: 11 for Santorum, 10 for Romney, 6 for Gingrich and 4 for Paul. Interesting.

Minnesota Patch: Santorum has big lead, but it's still very early, with less than 1 percent of the vote counted. So far: Santorum has 126 votes, Paul has 63, Rommey has 43 and Gingrich has 30.
