I'm disappointed that the brokered convention is not likely anymore, but it doesn't mean there isn't still a chance. With about half the states still to hold primaries or caucuses, there are still a lot of former Romney supporters and former Thompson supporters to recruit.

Even if the White House is not ours this year, we do not stop now. We do not give up for any reason. What we are fighting for is even more than the presidency.

We are fighting to restore and retain the very principles upon which this great nation was founded, before it is too late. There is no greater cause than freedom.

I agree with all you have said, but the only thing that really made people mad is the 3rd party issue and not anything else because the 3rd party was like the hope that can gather everybody again. It was like Noah's ark.
But I hope everybody will be able to overcome the frustration and I know it is not easy, but I think for now everybody needs a little rest to think in what is next?

also.... there is still a slight chance at a brokered convention, but we must get as many people as POSSIBLE to show up at the caucuses and conventions EVEN IF THEY ARE VOTING FOR HUCKABEE... if someone says they hate john mccain, your response should be "i know me too and the only way to stop him is for you to come to the caucus with me"

imagine how many people we could get to go there if every one of us brought 5 people?

the GOP would freak out...

then no matter who we end up voting for at the county or state level, once we get to the national convention in ST PAUL... (which RON WILL BE THERE, SPEAKING TO EVERYONE UNCENSORED) delegates can vote for whoever we want....

super delegates might be deciding the democratic nomination, but if we all do this the right way they will NOT decide our GOP nomination

we need to stress the importance of preserving the GOP, we need to let people know that its not about issues so much as it is saving the party, ANY REAL REPUBLICAN will relate to this and agree with you

Anybody can run 3rd party on Ron Paul's platform if it comes to that. Staying the course until then is the way to go. The convention is still 7 months away. Just look at how much we've accomplished and how much momentum has been build these past 12 months. The freedom train is back on track and is following it's route.

I'm more frustrated at all the ppl who keep asking if Ron Paul will run as a 3rd party or Libertarian. He has said he wouldn't...ppl need to read what he says.

Exactly. We all knew when we signed up that Ron Paul was a 1% candidate. If you didn't know, you ought to have known. We took him to 10% in Iowa, and 2nd in several states now. Maybe even first in LA. And now the pressure is off of the voter base to choose between the "lesser of two evils." It's time to concentrate on racking up as many delegates as we can get to give Ron the ability to walk into St. Paul with the message of the grassroots.

7 months is a long time.
