We all know that the gvmt deliberately cancels things the public likes and has been staging a media campaign about everything we are loosing because they didn't get as much of a budget increase as they want. Sequestration is $85 Billion, out of a how many Trillion dollar budget?

Here's the start of a list:
Shows by the Blue Angels. They have a $35 Million dollar budget, but are still going to spend a lot of that to keep up their proficiency.
Tours of the White House.
I believe hours have been cut at the Smithsonian.
Fewer boarder patrol officers.
Fewer TSA agents, so add hours to your wait time getting through security.

Add others!

While we are at it, how about wasted money spent during this sequestration?
Sending 2 B-1 bombers over S. Korea to saber rattle at a cost of over 100 Million

come on peeps - add to the list...

Gee, I didn't notice personnel cuts to the ATF, DEA, HSA, FBI, CIA, etc...

No cuts to the "Just-Us" department either.

Welfare? Nope!

Military contracts? Nope!

They scaled back on one fighter contract
are holding back fixing a sub that had a fire
and are not fueling one aircraft carrier for now.

I'm betting they are cutting back more than the shortfall. This is all about punishing the public and terror theater when they don't get what they want.

they are cutting back on 'essential' personnel(like air traffic controllers) so barry can send his children off to tropical island vacations ,host big parties at the white house, fund groups like muslim brotherhood and al Qaeda.

My mother said they quit reporting the local temperature from Mankato, MN airport because the thermometer magically broke the day of the sequester and since they had no money what so ever they were no longer going to be providing it to the local radio stations.

Supposedly they are still going to still do the farm survey (where they judge acres planted, crops stored etc) but they are not going to release said data to the public....because for some reason putting it on a website like they currently do is going to be to expensive.

This is a common political tactic.

They squeeze things that people like so that everyone gets upset about the "budget cuts".

It's a shame they didn't cancel all the tours when I was kid visiting DC. I'd have rather hung out in the hotel and played video games....
