John Mayer
Joe Rogan
Vince Vaughn
Michelle Branch
Juliette Lewis
Neil Pert (Canadian)
John Stossel
Doug Stanhope (comedian)
Howard Stern
Clint Eastwood
Drew Carey
Chuck Norris
Jesse Ventura
Andrew Napolitano
Barry Manilow
Aimee Allen
Peyton Hillis (running back)
Tony Pashos (offensive lineman)
Penn Jillette (maybe)

Any others that should be on the list? Any efforts being made currently to reach out to these individuals? A few celebrity endorsements may make a good lead up to the Iowa/New Hampshire caucus/primary.

Some on your list aren't solid/clear endorsements. Mayer expressed interest and defended Ron Paul, doesn't mean he is 100% behind him. Same for Stern and Manilow (who endorsed Obama recently). Penn Jullette's support hasn't been all that solid as he bought into the newsletters BS some.

Do we have anything about John Mayer's support other than a 30 second TMZ video from 2007 in which he sounded both inebriated and as though he had just read about RP for the first time earlier that day?

Are we sure these are all supporters or just those who have said good things about Paul in the past?

I am from John Mayer's hometown and knew him growing up. He supports Ron Paul.

As for the other individuals, I will update the list. We should work on a 'definitely' list and a 'maybe' list, perhaps.

THIS.

We're gonna end up with a lot of blowback if we go around touting that everybody who's ever said something nice about Paul is now a Paul endorser.

Hey now, that's the point in establishing a list - we should only keep it to those who have pledged complete support to the man. But I don't think much harm can come from a mistaken claim of support or two. Do you really think you need to use a word as damning and serious as 'blowback'?

I'm sure there are a TON more that we don't know about just as most Americans are getting into liking Ron Paul now.

I remember that baywatch babe Donna D'errico was a fan as well.

Blowback is not institutionally damning and serious. It can apply to a serious situation or it could apply to spitting into the wind. All that matters is that people miss a consequence of their actions, and if we do end up touting endorsements that don't exist we run the risk of facing negative press. Remember the Morgan Freeman/BJ Lawson fiasco?
