Yes and get it on video. You can also ask them about their opinion of Ron Paul since this is his last term in Congress. I attended a town hall last month and Pete Stark had some very nice words to say about Ron Paul.

This is not a comprehensive list. Most Congressmen announce events only days before and some will only announce it to people who signed up for email alerts. I just googled searched key words and found these events publicly listed.

If you want to be informed of events in your area, sign up for your Congressman's emails and then call his office and ask if he has any public events scheduled.

I've gone a time or two, he seems to only do parades, where it would be tough to ask a question. I haven't tried this year, though.
